Quality Control

Recognizing the need to upgrade its standards and quality to levels that are recognized internationally, MDP worked towards and achieved its ISO 9001 accreditation in year 2008.

With these stringent procedures in place, rigorous control has been established at every stage of process, from material acceptance up to packaging and delivery of the finished products, to ensure that all products comply with customer specifications.

A specific Quality Control department was set-up to conduct process audits, machines inspection and visual inspection.


Parts are initially inspected directly out of our molding machine. Our technicians are trained to identify and rectify the defects like sink marks, burn marks, flash marks and etc.


Parts at the finishing station are inspected for consistent finishes and textures.


Finished product will undergo final visual inspection to ensure tolerances are met for every part.

To further ensure safe and precise operation, inspection report is generated on hourly, daily and monthly basis. Throughout the years, our internal rejection is maintained at the lowest of 0.06% with overall product rejects from customers at less than 1%.
